Accommodating Growth.
Client:
USRG
Nationwide Multifamily Property Management Company
Problem:
USRG needed a system to accommodate rapid growth. At the time, all their servers were based on legacy operating systems and had frequent outages. Since the company spanned geographies, servers that didn’t work efficiently for remote users posed a challenge. In addition, their dated email system lacked advanced functionality (size limits, etc). USRG also had no central management of corporate technology assets.
Pravis Solution:
We replaced USRG’s legacy servers and implemented Office 365, Direct Access and also Citrix so team members could better connect remotely. Pravis also upgraded the company’s entire userbase to Windows 8.1 and Intune.
